A one-month cycle of training ‘Direction: new qualifications!’ as a part of vocational activation program, preparing to start a new career in the hospitality industry; commissioned by European Social Fund in Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland.
- As a vocational activation program instructor, I developed and taught my own program on procedures and service standards in gastronomy, as well as proper work ergonomics;
- the training focused on the less waste policy and the implementation of innovative solutions to increase the profitability and competitiveness of a catering company.
