Mondo di Vinegre is a fine dining restaurant, located in the building of the Emigration Museum at the historic edifice of the Marine Station in Gdynia marina.
I executed a far-reaching consultation and audit to help this establishment to gain in areas of:

- Exclusively designed ‘fine-dining cocktails‘ menu;

- brand new non-alcoholic and spirits menu, including quality coffee;
